Welcome to CertAce. By accessing or using our IT certification exam preparation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CertAce, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CertAce provides an online platform for IT certification exam preparation, including:

• Practice questions for CCNA, CompTIA Network+, and other certifications
• AI-powered explanations for learning
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Multiple study modes (quiz, exam simulation, topic-based study)

3. Account Registration

To use CertAce, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free trial that includes:

• 72 hours of access from registration
• Up to 50 practice questions per certification
• No credit card required

The free trial is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the trial system is prohibited.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are available as:

• Monthly: $25 per certification, 30 days access
• 3-Month: $45 per certification, 90 days access
• Lifetime: $79 per certification, permanent access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to certaceme@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or share our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download questions
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CertAce, including questions, explanations, and software, is owned by CertAce or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer

CertAce is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Cisco, CompTIA, or any certification body. Our practice questions are designed to help you prepare for certification exams but do not guarantee exam success.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertAce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and we may delete your account data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
